Title: Northern Pacific Railroad Bridge crossing Missouri River from Mandan, N.D. to Bismarck, N.D.
Date: circa 1895
Summary: (same as 00435-0100 and 0044-25-02) Coal-fired Engine 209 pulls passenger cars over the Northern Pacific Railroad Bridge crossing the Missouri River from Mandan and around curve heading into Bismarck (ND). The bridge is sporting the new steel cage that was replaced in 1905. A house with a fence around it is just to the photo left of the tracks. Another wood sided building is below with a brick chimney and blocks just below that.Another grouping of sheds is next to the river photo left. On the horizon, photo right can be seen Mandan (ND).
